Just wanted to say HELLO

I just wanted to stop by my blog and say hello. I have been busy working on my stories and doing some research for upcoming collaboration I am doing with another author. 

I have also been researching information and chatting with lawyers about contracts and other legalese for my publishing company. So life is moving right along and i am pleased. Even when it brings some expected twist and turns. I am learning as an author I get to re-write the outcomes. LOL

I hope that you are enjoying the stories on Literotica and here on my blog. More to come soon. I am currently working on chapters 4 of I Never Meant to Fall In Love and Danielle and David. I am also updating chapter 3 of A Lesson In Love. I will also releases come one chapter stories like In the Office, Debbie Gets Her Man, Lydia's Heartbreak, I Like It Fast, Cyber Love, and a few others. As I stated I am participating in the Survivor's Contest on Literotica which is causing me to write more shorter stories. 

But the real reason I am writing this blog tonight is many emails have some in asking me what the quote on my website means to me. So for those that have not been to the website (SMH) Go there and check it out. The best way to  explain why this quote is on my site. I think many writers, especially erotica writers may slide step character development, and connecting with their reader just to get their reader off or aroused. My words are not there to arouse you but to bring you into the world of the character so that you will think about a time when this might have been true for you. To let you see the varies ways that we as human being relate to each other whether intentional or not. How we entreat one another, love is more than sex and sex is more than fucking.

What is erotica and how does it differ from porn? Erotica has explicit sex scenes and portrays sex in a positive light, most of the time. For us, we want erotica that is story driven, although the story doesn't necessarily have to be a romance. Sex must be in a positive light and between consenting adults.

Porn
What is porn and how does it differ from erotica? Porn isn't about being sensual nor is it erotic. Porn is all about instant, sexual gratification and is often derogatory and demeaning toward women.
